Ruffle Fabric Headband

Have you guys seen Ruffle Fabric?

It's beautiful! I love it and I recently bought a bunch with the intention of sewing Annabelle a dress. 

Having gotten around to it just yet but I couldn't resist opening my package and doing something with it.

Look how beautiful it is!

Here's what I came up with.

I used a strip of the fabric to add a ruffle to a plain plastic headband.

Of course I added a rose!
