Well, it took a few weeks but I finally finished my daughter's skirt. It was a pain in the butt and I'm not sure I will ever do another ruffle skirt again.
The base of this skirt is the bottom of a tee shirt. I folded the top down and that became the waist band. That did make it pretty simple.
She seems to like it but I don't think this smile can make up for all the pinning and pressing. Well, maybe...she's pretty darn cute.
