Inspire Me Monday! Leap Year!

Have you ever tried to explain Leap Year to a child? My four-year old sense of time is made of events. Which class she has on which day not days of a week. I tried last night to explain to her leap year and leap day and she looked at me like I was nuts.
Anyway, enjoy your extra day! I hope you craft something great!

Also, I would love to have a few guest bloggers lined up for the next couple of months. If you would be interested send me an email at singingthreelittlebirds@gmail.com.
Looking for sponsors too. I love writing about handmade businesses and would love to work with you on getting your business more exposure. Click here to learn about advertising options.

Now on to the features...
This is a great post from Brown Paper Packages. I love these roman shades and would love to have the patience for a project like this. I have a few narrow windows in our old house and they need something custom like this.

Loving these fabric carrots and scrap garland from Inspired Honey Bee. I need to take down the Valentine's decorations! This has inspired me to think spring.

These are great from The Moody Fashionista! We go through a ton of band-aids in our house!

  1. We were talking about it last night and figured out that if you are on salary you are actually working for free that day.

  2. My son (3 1/2) asked me if we have to jump (instead of walk) everywhere that day.

Today I posted 35 a great protein energy bar I make for my teens and to give me that extra boost after a work out at the gym and 33 which are 7 foods that have been found to greatly support the immune system when under attack from cold or flu viruses.
